Refund Policy
- As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that governs our refund policy. When you buy a training course from us, you agree to our privacy policy, terms of use, and refund policy.
- We reserve the right to reschedule/cancel a class/ session due to any unavoidable circumstances, or change the location of a class if applicable.
To qualify for a refund, you must
- Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing a course and not requested any exam voucher or kit.
- In case the item purchase quantity is more than one, please reach out to our support team through our Help & Support section on the website.
- Refunds of any duplicate payments will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 10 working days after you have submitted your request.
- Prolonged period of ill health certified by a doctor.
- Death or onset of serious illness (prolonged hospitalization or incapacitation) of an immediate family member, spouse, parents, siblings, or children. (Documents required as proof scan or photocopy of original can be considered)
- Any refund request failing to meet any of the requirements will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
